Today's challenge is pretty straightforward.
There are only like, four cards in the entire game that are R/W/U
Make a permanent or spell that is RWU or card that otherwise benefits from using those three colors in a deck together. Bonuses go to cool new mechanics or a good potential overarching theme(explain this)
Like how Naya is about giant creatures and Bant has Exalted.

Creature - Angel
Creatures you control with flying have haste and protection from creatures without flying.
theme is air dominance. most/all creatures will have or grant flying. e.g. dragons, angels, birds, drakes, spirits..

T: Tap target creature and deal 1 damage to it. Remove it from combat if it is in combat.

When ~ etb exile two tapped creatures and put a 0/1 white flag token onto the battlefield. whenever a creature enters the battlefield, deal X damage to it, where X is equal to the exiled creatures combined power.

Counter target spell.
Destroy target land.
Exile target creature.
I don't like any of that.
He died of cancer...which caused bullet wounds to appear on his body.
