I liked it a bit better, but then I liked the whole series, but this board has a deep set hatred for the whole series.

I thought Inheritance was the worst of the entire series. Something about it just bugged me the whole time I read it. I forced myself to finish though since I'd read all the others in the series.

I'm about two thirds of the way through it and it has both higher highs and lower lows than Brisingr. A Roran chapter early on specifically is the dumbest, worst explained, least physically possible thing in the entire series.
