What are some good kettlebell routines, and how should I mix them with normal...

I'm trying to focus myself more towards cardio and endurance these days and I just bought a 45lb kettlebell.
Do it on different days than normal weight lifting? Same days? Before, after, or during my normal routine?
I lift on Tuesays and Saturdays, Thursday is my only constantly dedicated cardio day.

Master the swing, snatch, clean and press, and get up. Once you have that down, tabata or really any intense intervals of swing/snatch mixed with jump rope is awesome for conditioning. You can also use swings as neural charge before your main lower body lifts.

When do you suggest I do them, after my main lifts or separate?
Would these kettlebell exercises be considered to aerobic-y to do in conjunction with normal lifting?
