Movies: At the Theater
C/D It is hard to fully enjoy a movie with a full theater

With TDK Rises coming out - its safe to say that every theater will be pretty much filled up. I like watching movies by myself since I can get into it a lot more and understand it better. Watching Rises with a full theater will suck because the movie is a type of movie that you want to focus on without anyone around you. Going with friends is even worse because a lot of them won't shut up and are on their phones..as well as other people around you eating and not to forget someone that bring;s a baby and it starts crying right at the beginning of the movie.
I played and loved half of METAL GEAR SOLID 4.

When I watched ASM with my friend, we had to sit on the edge because there were no middle seats left.
This freaking family made their kids sit on the stairs because there were no seats left except for the very front.
I'm talking about like 8 kids under the age of 5. They were just talking and yelling the entire time. This one dude yelled out "Can you shut your kids up!" and the whole crowd laughed at that more than any of the ASM jokes. It was crazy.
At least for TDKR, I got midnight tickets, and the midnight crowd usually is free of children for the most part, so it's all good.

I agree. A huge crowd is usually filled with those annoying people who'd rather yap throughout.

Deny: Going to a midnight showing will solve those problems usually. No one wanders into a midnight screening randomly with a baby cause they don't have anything else to do. Teens - I'm sorry - noisy teens don't go because it's past their bedtimes. Mature teens go because they're good kids and they have cool parents that understand being hyped up for stuff. It's very unusual to go to midnight show and have rude people around. Everyone is there for one purpose:
To STFU and watch the movie they simply cannot wait to see.
Plus, 9 times out of 10 if someone's being noisy, the other 99% will beat the **** out of them, lol.

Your friends sound terrible, TC. I've rarely had trouble focusing in a full theater. Yes, kids are annoying, and there was one time where the people behind us wouldn't shut up (we got up and moved; fortunately, there were 2 empty seats right next to each other). However, I've never had a problem with people eating around me. I've never even noticed it, honestly.
Sucking at something is the first step to becoming sort of good at something.
