Which one should I watch tonight?|
Also subtitled or dubbed?
Currently catching up on: Buffy (S2) The Wire (S3)

Subtitled. As for which, they are both quite good. I really can't decide which I like better. Arrietty maybe. Can't go wrong with either, though.|
Playing: Vanquish, Bayonetta, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, Twisted Metal, LittleBigPlanet 2, Sonic Generations, Valkyria Chronicles, NIER, Final Fantasy 13-2

Out of those two, Arrietty is the better choice in my opinion. There are many Ghibli films I prefer over those, however, and they both were a little too light and empty for my taste.
Oh and subbed. In my opinion, dubbing artificially takes someone's project out of their hands and brings in a completely new staff to essentially remake it. Actors and directors who had nothing to do with the original source material should be avoided in my opinion. In my experience with anime, even good actors are often forced to read lines in very odd ways just because they want to match the facial expressions and such that are on the screen--even though those are idiomatic and conflict with acting in English-speaking cultures.

Arrietty and I always watch subtitled, dubbing is never right, even for Ghibli movies which are a little more tolerable than most.|

I really like both, but I'd give the edge to Arietty. |
And I always go subtitles when available.

They're both solid picks. At the moment, I think I'll go with Arrietty. |
And don't you dare watch the dub of either.

I have seen both in the theater, and own Ponyo on DVD.|
The dub for both was well done IMO.
Don't forget that the head of Pixar is good friends with Miyazaki, and he won't let people mess it up.

Both are good, though I like Arrietty more. The dubs are great, so there is not reason to go with subs except to be an anime snob.|

Totally agree. Ghibli dubs are top notch.
