If anything, Canada is less cultural. Their primary culture was taken from the United States, and their secondary culture (that of immigrants from Asia and other places) is less profound than what America has. America is much more diverse in terms of representing the world; more people move to America than Canada. So why is it okay to say that America does not have its own culture, but nobody ever says the same thing about Canada? It's like you can always make fun of America, but God forbid you lay one finger on Canada!|

I've seen a few people make the argument about the melting pot concept causing America to not have a true culture of its own, but that's a fat load.|
Everyone else says America has no culture because they're young kids who hate the system just 'cause. They have no idea what they're talking about, of course. America has a culture. All you have to do to see it is visit another country and see just how different everything is. It's the same thing with accents. Just because you're so used to your own doesn't mean you don't have one.

As a history? Then it's KIND OF justified to accuse most Brit commonwealth or ex-commonwealth countries of the same, since after they Brits settled there, the history re-set and the previous one disappeared, so we're talking about a history dating back to the 15th century, tops. Compare to Europe with history dating back to Rome or Vikings or whatever.
As a "way of life" (how people are) the accusation doesn't make any sense since America has the music, Hollywood, fast food, sports, pop culture, etc.

Canada has a much higher rate of immigration than the US, and a much larger % of its citizen foreign born. US is pretty diverse compared to most countries, but definitely not vs Canada.|
Culture wise, they're mostly similar, except for Quebec.
