His death turned an otherwise last minute filler match into something much more personal. Its a shame paul died but to the WWE that deaths timing was perfect to make this a feud.

I would have been disappointed if someone DIDN'T disrespect Paul Bearer's death. The WWE is supposed to be edgy and controversial, that's the point.

I'm not much of a wrestling fan anymore, but I don't think it's that outrageous or wrong. It seems like it's a tribute as wrestling was his career, and it's what he loved doing, he was dedicated to it. And I'm sure McMahon has spoken to Bearer's family about it, otherwise he wouldn't have gone with it. So I don't think there's anything wrong with it.

And the Attitude Era was not that amazing. For every main eventer like Austin, they had several untalented hacks. Now that have a good balanced roster. And attitude era got it's moniker due to blading and juvenile sex humor anyway, which is garbage.
