I've never tried it but I hear putting planetary fortresses in her way with siege tanks backing them up and scvs to repair works. The solution for me was just spreading my stuff out. Don't let her kill everything with a sand storm thingy she does and she'll eventually fall.
I think I did two bunkers on each side with siege tanks behind them and scvs sitting around on auto repair. Then I'd bring over my banshee force that I use to run around sniping nydus worms. Seemed to do the trick.
I'm redoing the campaign right now. I'll let you know if there's anything I missed once I get there again.
What worked for me was, get rid of air units, then 2 bunkers on either side, with barracks walls (im talking like 5-6 barracks) covering them from all incoming sides, as many siege tanks as you can get, with a squad of about 12 banshees for extra dmg on kerrigan

Kerrigan has a passive similar to the immortal's shield passive where any single attack will only do about 10 damage. Therefore, the best way to take her out is to just have a marine suicide squad who's sole existence is to stim and kill kerrigan as fast as they can. Make anywhere from 25-35 for best results. Stim them, move them out of her storm, kill her, replace any lost marines, and rinse and repeat.

The problem with mass marines is her AoE is really just a super-charged Psy Storm, and her regular attack one shots marines that escape. Also, this relies on you losing your whole army everytime she pops.
What you want is to hold her back with buildings (bunkers, flame turrets, more bunkers) because they have armor, are much cheaper hp to dollar ratio than units, and stand between Kerrigan and your siege tanks. If you have a couple layers of bunkers, each of her attacks will only cost you ~500 minerals and you'll still have the bulk of your army to survive the followup wave.
Whichever defense building you picked, planetary fortresses or perdition turrets, mass them at your front with SCVs sitting by to repair and and ton of siege tanks behind them. Stim when Kerrigan gets into range and use drag-box micro to run out of the razor storm. Don't have all your marines and medics clumped into one ball - separate them to form a concave so that they can all shoot much more effectively.
Nyduses do spit out harder and harder waves of troops as time passes, use cloaked banshees to eliminate them. Deck out even the inside of your base with some perditions/planetaries. Nyduses can spawn in the middle of your base too.
you only need to build 2 units, siege tanks and marines. siege up the siege tanks in the middle area under the raised platform with the artifact on it. helps if you chose the slow aura upgrade on zerg side. also helps if you chose perdition turrets. put a slow aura on either side of the artifact platform and perdition turrets on the platform in case infestors throw ITs up there.
when kerrigan shows up wait til she starts toward your base and activate the artifact. then stim marines and kill kerrigan, if she does the AoE storm run out of it and kill her.
bunkers and tanks on each side. banshees to go kill off the nydus and for kerrigan simple marines. check what lane she's in and advance the marines go and engage her a bit before your bunkers and tanks. just watch out for her storm. Any unit you send at her does minimal damage. + she can instantly destroy any unit anyway.
There are other videos that go through how to beat it in other ways as well. Plus several other topics of this from a year ago in this forum.
It is also a lot dependant on the build that you chose from your upgrades playing the game. While any can beat it, brutal you need the PFs to absorb damage for you as it is the best way I have seen since depots die too quickly.
As people said in the comments on that video there's no way that's brutal. It's kinda helpful, but it's doubtful that strategy will work in brutal mode.
Meh because there aren't 10 other videos that are also similar that show other strats. There are lots of ways to do it, sorry if I didn't waste the 25 minutes watching the whole thing and found a video that he could've found just as easily.
OK I got to the end in Brutal mode again. I took out the nydus worms though. So, my advice probably won't be too helpful. I'm going to see if I can go back to a previous save and do the nydus version of all in for ya.
Took me two tries but I survived vs air. I've never beaten All In against air before and doing it on brutal was pretty fun. My control was pretty awful. I just made a ton of hive mind emulators and mind controlled all the mutas and brood lords we could get. Really didn't take much strategy just jumping around mind controlling. I built a couple planetaries just to hold the chokes but I lost one pretty early on. Kerrigan wasn't much of a threat. The broods kept her busy fighting broodlings.
