|So what could the M's realistically get for Felix? I see his name being thrown around in trade talks lately, I'm wondering what teams would be willing to give up for him. It would take A LOT in return to trade him away, like a LEGIT all-star and 2-3 highly rated prospects or more.|

Vicente Padilla is a crazy mother****er.
In his interview with Deportes, Padilla didn't back off his comments, which are demeaning to women athletes.
"We are all men here playing baseball," Padilla said. "We don't need no women playing baseball."
Padilla added, "He is always crying and complaining. If he has a base hit, he cries, if he doesn't, he cries. I just meant that not even women complain as much as him."
lmao this guy is awesome.

This. I think the jury's still out on him until he has a legitimate team around him. I mean he's an athletic PG that can't really shoot and with no one to pass to. He might be Rondo for all we know if he traded places with him on the Celtics.

|NBA Draft Topic (438) | Posted on June 29, 2012, 8:18 p.m.|
|Well there IS a reason Perry Jones fell all the way to the bottom of the draft(besides the health concerns), most overrated prospect that I can remember in a while. He's 6'11, 235 but he couldn't even average A SINGLE BLOCK per game in college playing 30 mpg, and could only muster up 7.5 rebounds per game(not very good for a 6'11" athlete that's supposed be a PF). He showed no real signs of improvement from his freshman year to his sophomore year(infact he regressed a bit in some important statistical categories) and looked lost on the court most of the time. He also has a tendency to drift to the 3 point line for some odd reason on offense.|
and I'm not just a "hater" either, because I wanted Baylor to be good(my aunt went to school there) and Perry was a big part of that but he was an incredible disappointment and if you somehow think he's just going to magically blow up into some NBA stud, I hate to burst your bubble but it ain't gonna happen. Unless he's some kind of late bloomer, maybe but the guy has determination issues and that's not something you want to see in a guy that's really a big project. Maybe going later in the draft will motivate him somehow I dunno but I think he'll be eaten alive in the NBA. He'll look good on fastbreaks with Durant and Westbrook though.

So...Serge Ibaka or James Harden?
lol you think PJ III is an NBA PF right now? He couldn't even play PF in COLLEGE, he would just get pushed off the block and forced into terrible, awkward shots, he's soft down low(doesn't like to rebound) and an inconsistent shooter. That's if he's even healthy enough to actually play because of the knee issue. He might fit in well with OKC defensively because he adds even more length and athleticism, which gave teams like the Lakers and Spurs all kinds of problems, but to assume he'll step in for Ibaka next year and start at PF, I don't know where that's coming from.

He's a REALLY good finisher, and he has an improving low post game and rebounds well for his size. Defensively he's not very good, but Baylor never gave a crap about defense anyways so...
